TIME OF SERVICE DISCOUNTS for Cash Paying Patients

A Time of Service or “Cash” Discount is for cash paying patients who do not have insurance or patients who may have an in or out-of-network insurance plan that does not provide chiropractic benefits. Patients with insurance must use their contracted rate unless otherwise determined by Dr. Funk.

“Time of Service” Discount Prices (25% Off the Cost of Service)

Adjustment Only- $30 (Includes a 25% Discount on a 98941 Adjustment of $40)

*30 Minute Appointment- $67.50 (Includes a 25% Discount on a 98941 Adjustment of $40 + 2 units of Manual Therapy of $50)

*1 Hour Appointment- $97.50 (Includes a 25% Discount on a 98940 Adjustment of $30 + 4 units of Manual Therapy of $100)

New Patient Visit- $108.50 (Includes a 25% Discount on the Examination of $65 + a 98940 Adjustment of $30 + 2 units of Manual Therapy of $50)

*Therapy sessions without an adjustment will cost the same as adjustment & therapy price.  Patients who just want therapies will be referred out to a physical therapist or massage therapist.

Insurance Patients Please Note: The prices quoted above are for anyone who pays in full for the entire visit at the TIME OF SERVICE.  If you use your insurance, please DO NOT CONFUSE these prices with the contracted benefit rate the insurance company will pay for your services.  They most likely will be different amount.  Insurance contracted rates are determined by your individual insurance benefit package.  Contact your insurance to for details.
